Best Medical Return and Exchange Policy

 

Our number one priority is to make sure you receive the product you want at the price you need to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand not every purchase will be exactly what you want so we provide a 30 day return policy on almost all of our products. In order to receive a credit for your purchase you must contact us to receive a return authorization request from Best Medical Supplies On Sale.

In order to receive a refund on your product the item must meet the following criteria:

 

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

     

     

  • The product must be in new condition. There can be no scratches, dents, cracks or worn or dirty tires.

     

     

  • The request for return must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.

     

  • The item must be shipped back at the purchaser's expense unless the product is defective or broken upon arrival.

 

Certain products require a 15% restocking fee if the product simply isn't what you want. These products include:

        
  • Beds

     

     

  • Power Wheelchairs

     

     

  • Mobility Scooters

     

     

  • Parts

     

     

  • Hospital Beds

     

     

  • Lift Chairs

     

     

  • Custom Lightweight wheelchairs

     

     

  • High end bath safety equipment

     

     

  • Vehicle Lifts

     

     

  • Cushions

 

Because some items are custom made for a user or create hygiene issues they are not available to return. These items include:

 

  • Bath Safety Equipment

     

  • Sport Wheelchairs

     

     

  • Ultra Lightweight Wheelchairs

     

  • Customer Wheelchairs and Power Mobility Devices

     

     

  • Golden PR-502 Series lift chairs

     

     

  • Mattresses

 

Again in order to be sure you receive a credit for your return contact Best Medical for the return authorization. Any item returned without this authorization will NOT receive credit. Please feel free to email your return request to sales@bestmedicalsuppliesonsale.com for the return authorization.

 

If an order is canceled after it has shipped it is subject to the standard return policies. Please accept the package and contact us for your return authorization.  If your items are refused upon delivery you will be subject to pay the expenses of the shipping costs incurred. Please note any outbound shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

 

Once your items has been received and inspected and it is determined the product is in new condition Best Medical Supplies will then credit your card within 3 business days. Your bank may take up to two weeks to show this transaction. If your purchase was paid by check, a check will be sent out to you within 5 business days.
